The coffee and teas that you acquire from us are

We do enjoy technology, just not in how we roast and enjoy our coffee.
See for yourself, how the beans get
roasted to a very mellow brown.
The sounds and smells in this shop make a very
special statement.The crackle of the coffee as it turns inside of the
roaster and the
leather drive belt clicking as it goes around.
A close eye is kept on keeping the correct roasting
heat and time.
The freshly roasted aromatic beans
are released from the roaster at exactly the right time and left to cool. Movie of beans just done roasting!
